After last year’s edition of the Bodensee IP Forum already addressed various aspects of the Unified Patent Court (UPC), this year’s edition focused on current developments and field reports relating to the UPC as well as topics regarding design and IP protection and their enforcement on an international level.
Well-founded presentations, lively discussions and personal exchange followed by a networking reception provided for a valuable platform to dive into a variety of topics related to IP law.
