Anna Laura Höchsmann joined Thum & Partner in 2026 as a patent engineer and is seeking admission as German and European Patent Attorney.
For her master’s thesis, she focused on energy optimization through heat recovery via pinch analysis in a large industrial factory.
During her studies, she gained practical experience in research and the industry by participating in the research of aerosols at the Hochschule Heilbronn, the evaluation of engine durability tests at a leading automotive manufacturer and in the area of energy management for a globally active manufacturer of aluminum products.
After finishing her degree in Environmental and Process Engineering at the HTWG Konstanz, Anna Laura Höchsmann participated in the „Global Engineering Development“ program at a leading manufacturer of aluminum products as Junior Engineer and Trainee.
