Felix Förschner joined Thum & Partner in 2024 and is seeking admission as German and European Patent Attorney.

Before joining Thum & Partner, Felix Förschner started his training in one of the largest patent and law firms at Lake Constance and focused in particular on drafting patent applications, office actions, pleadings for appeal and opposition preceedings and searches for clients from various technical fields.

During his studies of physics, he focused on material physics and surface physics, in particular on the production and investigation of graphene and other two-dimensional systems with different electronic properties as part of his final theses.
