Carola Regensburger advises clients on national, European and international trademark and design law. She handles all proceedings before the relevant offices and develops suitable strategies for the protection and enforcement of industrial property rights as well as for their monetization, for example through licensing or sale. In addition, she advises clients on issues of competition and domain law.

Before joining Thum & Partners, Carola Regensburger worked as a lawyer in one of the most traditional patent law firms in Munich. She completed her legal clerkship at a renowned patent law firm in Munich. During her studies, Carola Regensburger also worked as an intern at the Intellectual Property Institute in London.
